By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.
Anthique Technologies S.A. de C.V. is legally incorporated in El Salvador. While our products are offered to customers located in the United States and Canada, our principal place of incorporation and corporate governance remains in El Salvador.
By placing an order through this website, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Although there is no specific age restriction to browse the website, any purchase constitutes confirmation that you possess lawful authority to complete the transaction.
Users are permitted to browse products, compare items, leave reviews, rate products, and share comments relating to their purchases. However, users agree not to post content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate. Anthique reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content, restrict access, or block users, including by registered email address, if these Terms are violated.
Anthique specializes in authentic handcrafted products sourced directly from recognized artisan markets in various countries. By their nature, handcrafted goods are unique. Variations in size, color, texture, detailing, or design are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and do not constitute defects. Slight differences between product images displayed on the website and the item received, including variations in tones, artistic detailing, or decorative elements, are to be expected and are expressly accepted by the purchaser as part of the product’s authenticity.
Product availability is updated in real time. Items displayed as available are in stock at the time of publication. Products marked as limited or “Last Units” indicate reduced inventory. If an item becomes unavailable, it will be marked accordingly or removed from the website.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Anthique reserves the right to modify prices at any time due to changes in international freight costs, fulfillment expenses, or market conditions. However, price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been completed and paid. We make reasonable efforts to communicate significant pricing changes in advance through website notices or official communication channels.
All duties, customs charges, import fees, and applicable taxes are included in the final purchase price. Customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery. The total amount presented at checkout represents the full and final amount due.
Payments are processed securely through Wompi, a payment gateway operated by Banco Agrícola of El Salvador. Anthique does not store, process, or retain credit or debit card information. If a transaction is declined due to insufficient funds, banking restrictions, or other issues unrelated to Anthique, the order will not be completed. In the event of a payment error or incomplete charge, customers must promptly contact Customer Support at +1 (608) 551-0079 via call or WhatsApp so that the matter may be resolved, either through issuance of a secure supplemental payment link or by processing a refund where appropriate.
All intellectual property displayed on this website, including but not limited to images, product descriptions, text, branding elements, and logos, is the exclusive property of Anthique Technologies S.A. de C.V. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Anthique is a registered trademark in El Salvador.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. In all circumstances, Anthique’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under United States or Canadian law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith private mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. However, nothing herein shall deprive consumers in the United States or Canada of mandatory rights granted under applicable local consumer protection laws. Where required by applicable law, disputes may be brought before competent courts in the consumer’s jurisdiction.
Anthique reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
