This Return & Refund Policy governs all return requests, refunds, store credits, and related matters arising from purchases made through the website operated by Anthique Technologies S.A. de C.V., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Republic of El Salvador (“Anthique,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

Anthique offers authentic handcrafted products sourced directly from recognized artisan markets in various countries. Due to the handmade nature of these goods, each item is inherently unique. Variations in size, color tone, artistic detailing, texture, pattern placement, and decorative elements are natural characteristics of handcrafted workmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Slight differences between product photographs displayed on the website and the item received, including variations in shade or hand-painted detailing, are to be reasonably expected. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts the uniqueness and artisanal variation of each product.

Customers may request a return within thirty (60) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. Return requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review or approval. To initiate a return, the customer must contact Anthique Customer Support at +1 (608) 551-0079 via call or WhatsApp and provide the order number, the reason for the return request, and supporting photographs where applicable.

Returned items must be placed back in their original packaging and must not exhibit signs of misuse, intentional damage, or alterations inconsistent with normal inspection. Customers may remove products from packaging for reasonable inspection purposes; however, items showing evidence of improper handling may be deemed ineligible for refund at Anthique’s discretion following inspection.

If a product arrives damaged during shipping or contains a verified manufacturing defect unrelated to normal handcrafted variation, Anthique will provide a prepaid UPS return label and cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, customers must follow the return instructions provided and deliver the package to the nearest UPS location. If a return is requested due to personal preference, change of mind, or reasons unrelated to damage or defect, the customer shall be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in change-of-mind cases.

All returns are processed through designated UPS warehousing and fulfillment facilities serving the United States and Canada. Once a returned item is received, it will undergo inspection to verify its condition and determine eligibility for refund or store credit. Anthique reserves the right to approve or deny a return request based on inspection findings and compliance with this Policy.

Upon approval of a return, the customer may elect either store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Store credit issued by Anthique shall be valid for thirty (60) days from the date of issuance. Store credit is transferable and may be used by an individual other than the original purchaser; however, store credit is non-redeemable for cash and may not be converted into a monetary refund once issued. If the customer elects a refund to the original payment method, the refund will be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days following approval. Anthique does not control financial institution processing times and shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

Personalized or custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Anthique strongly encourages customers to contact Customer Support to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. The Company is committed to resolving disputes in good faith and may pursue mediation procedures where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anthique’s total liability arising from or relating to any product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Anthique shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer protection rights granted under applicable United States or Canadian law.

Anthique reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any modifications shall become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website and placement of orders following such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
