This Shipping Policy governs the processing, handling, and delivery of all orders placed through the website operated by Anthique Technologies S.A. de C.V., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Republic of El Salvador (“Anthique,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.
Anthique currently ships products exclusively to customers located in the United States and Canada. We reserve the right to expand or restrict shipping destinations at our discretion and without prior notice.
Anthique specializes in authentic handcrafted products sourced directly from recognized artisan markets located in various countries. Because our products originate from their respective countries of craftsmanship prior to final fulfillment, order processing may involve coordinated international logistics before final shipment within North America. Orders are processed in the sequence in which they are received, and processing begins once payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.
The estimated delivery timeframe for shipments to the United States and Canada is generally between fifteen (15) and twenty (20) business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on several factors, including the country of origin of the artisan product, international transit schedules, customs clearance procedures, warehouse intake processing, and final destination within the United States or Canada. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. While Anthique makes every reasonable effort to meet stated delivery estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All international shipping, warehousing, fulfillment, and final-mile delivery services are coordinated through UPS. Returned and outgoing shipments are processed through designated UPS warehousing and fulfillment facilities serving the United States and Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors including the product’s country of origin, package weight, and delivery destination. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation. Anthique offers free standard shipping on orders exceeding one hundred United States Dollars (USD $100), calculated based on the merchandise subtotal before applicable discounts. Anthique reserves the right to modify free shipping thresholds at any time, provided that changes do not affect completed orders.
All applicable duties, customs fees, import charges, and related taxes are included in the total purchase price presented at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery. The total amount paid at checkout constitutes the full and final amount due for the purchase and delivery of the product.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation communication containing a UPS tracking number. Tracking information may require a short period to update within the carrier’s system. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Anthique shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
In the event that a package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, customers must promptly contact Anthique Customer Support at +1 (608) 551-0079 via call or WhatsApp and provide the order number along with supporting documentation, including photographs if applicable. Anthique will coordinate with UPS to initiate an investigation and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with carrier procedures.
Anthique shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, weather events, governmental actions, or carrier delays.
At this time, Anthique offers standard shipping only. Expedited shipping options may be introduced in the future at our discretion.
Anthique reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any modifications shall become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website and placement of orders following such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
